New Ideas
Cycle Technologies is interested in extending our family of products with goods and services that help people live healthier,
happier lives. We are currently working on line extensions to build off of our current CycleBeads product. However,
we are interested in new products and services as well. While we depend primarily on our
employees, partners, and consultants to generate ideas, please let us know if you have an invention or idea that you would
like us to consider. Outlined below is the process for submitting ideas. If you have any questions about the process,

Directions for submission of invention or idea:
- Please download and review the Unsolicited Submission Letter and Idea Disclosure Guide below.
- After reviewing both forms, please sign and date the Unsolicited Submission Letter and attach all materials (include
all patent or patent applications numbers) that are in support of your submission.
- The completed package should be mailed to:

Attention: Helen Stewart - Please do not attempt to email or fax this information as we must have the original signed document
for our records.
- An idea submission team will pre-screen
the idea to determine Cycle Technologies' interest. If Cycle Technologies does not respond within (60) days of submitted idea,
you can assume that Cycle Technologies does not have any interest therein.
